١) جمع البيانات واستخدامها

نقوم بجمع الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل التطبيق. الغرض الرئيسي من التطبيق هو تقديم القرآن الكريم والخدمات الإسلامية. يتم تخزين المفضلة والإعدادات محليًا على جهازك لضمان أمانها. قد نجمع تلقائيًا بعض البيانات التقنية مجهولة المصدر لضمان عمل التطبيق بكفاءة.

٢) الأذونات المطلوبة

قد يطلب التطبيق بعض الأذونات لتوفير خدماته الأساسية، مثل:

• الميكروفون: لاستخدام المساعد الصوتي والبحث في القرآن وتلاوة الآيات.
• الإشعارات: لتلقي التذكيرات اليومية ومواقيت الصلاة والأذكار.
• التخزين: لحفظ ملفات التلاوات الصوتية ونماذج التعرف على الصوت لتعمل بدون إنترنت.

٣) التحليلات وتحسين الجودة

نستخدم خدمات موثوقة مثل منصة (Google Firebase) لجمع بيانات تقنية مجهولة المصدر حول أداء التطبيق والأعطال المحتملة التي قد تحدث وسلوك الاستخدام. يساعدنا هذا بشكل كبير على اكتشاف الأخطاء مبكراً وتحسين تجربة التطبيق وضمان استقراره.

٤) المصادقة وتسجيل الدخول

في حال توفر أو استخدام ميزات تتطلب إنشاء حساب (مثل جوجل أو آبل)، فإننا نجمع البيانات الأساسية (الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني) المرتبطة بحسابك فقط لغرض المزامنة والاحتفاظ بتقدمك (مثل إحصائياتك والمفضلة والملاحظات) ولا نشاركها مع أي أطراف ثالثة خارجية للتسويق.

٥) حذف الحساب والبيانات

لك كامل الحق في إدارة بياناتك. يمكنك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك ومسح كافة بياناتك المرتبطة به نهائياً من خوادمنا من خلال إعدادات الحساب في التطبيق أو عبر التواصل معنا للحصول على الدعم الفني.

نحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتك ويجوز لنا تحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر لتعكس التغييرات في ممارساتنا أو لأسباب تشغيلية أو قانونية، وذلك لضمان أفضل وأكثر تجربة آمنة لك.

We use reliable services such as Google Firebase to collect anonymous technical data about app performance, potential crashes, and usage behavior. This helps us significantly in detecting errors early, improving the app experience, and ensuring its stability.

If features requiring account creation (such as Google or Apple) are available or used, we collect basic data (name and email) associated with your account solely for synchronization and progress retention (such as your statistics, favorites, and notes) and do not share it with any external third parties for marketing.

You have the full right to manage your data. You can at any time request the deletion of your account and entirely wipe all associated data from our servers through the account settings in the application or by contacting us for technical support.
